We are very pleased to announce the launch of a very unique & exciting wine club concept… the Crush Wine Club!
As many of you know, the Enomatic Wine Dispensing System we have at Crush is the centerpiece of our wine program. The system enables our guests to taste premium wines in different size pours that are never available by the glass in traditional restaurants, wine bars or retail shops. Because the Enomatic technology is unique to Crush, I often get preferential pricing on wines from suppliers to feature their wines in the system. This pricing is not available to traditional restaurants or retailers & allows me to pass that pricing on to you.
Additionally, we often feature wines that are distributed to restaurants only and not available through traditional retail channels. The Emeritus Pinot Noir from Russian River is such an example & many of you have had the opportunity to taste this through our Enomatic Wine Dispensing System.
The cost of membership in the Crush Wine Club is an annual fee of $35 which will run from March 15th to March 15th of each year. Wine offerings will be made available monthly & can be picked up (curbside or in-house) at any time. The first offering will be March 15th.
As a Club member, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase these exclusive wine offerings before they’re available here at Crush. You’ll also receive a 10% discount on special events, wine dinners & tastings, & have the ability to order bottles of wine at Crush at 15% off our normal prices.

McClean Vineyards, 2004 Syrah – Estate Private Reserve
Crush is proud to introduce our newest featured wine from McClean Vineyards. Nestled in the beautiful countryside of Paseo Robles, the McClean Vineyard is not only the maker of a most impressive Syrah, it also boasts an incredible philanthropic cause.
Michael McClean is one of Vietnam’s most decorated war heroes. Although he is a 100% disabled California Vietnam veteran, his courage to overcome his disability against all odds has given him a profound appreciation for the returning veteran’s challenges from today’s conflicts in the Middle East.
To help these returning veterans he has decided to donate 10% of all proceeds from wine purchases to help the rehabilitation of our returning soldiers through the Armed Forces Foundation. Therefore, when you purchase McClean Vineyards’ wines, not only will you be doing your customers a great favor, but also you are helping our returning heroes
This 2004 Syrah is an extremely big wine without any rough edges. Deep, dark, and beautiful, this Syrah is balanced with ripe currant flavors that leave you with long, smooth, lingering finish. Serve it with steaks or Italian cuisine!

Spann Vineyards, Chardonnay/Viognier, North Coast, 2007
It is great to see small California winemakers who understand how to use oak to bring out the character of the wine rather than overpower it. The Chardonnay grapes come from select vineyards in the Russian River Valley, Napa and Yorkville Highlands appellation in Mendocino County. The Viognier is Alexander Valley. 50% of each varietal were fermented in older French oak barrels and 50% in stainless steel. Half of the Chardonnay and all of the Viognier completed maloactic fermentation. The apricot and peach flavors are pure Viognier with Chardonnay adding crisp acidity to make a well-balanced, food friendly wine with good backbone. The barrel fermented/barrel aged portion gives richness to the wine while the stainless steel shows off the fresh fruit. Only 1400 cases produced. Price: $24

Tres Sabores, Porque, No?, Napa Valley, 2008
We have featured this wine in our Enomatic Wine Dispensing system after the first shipment and now are excited to offer it on a retail basis. Winemaker Julie Harris crafts high quality estate wines and had the idea of blending her Rutherford Zinfandel(76%), Rutherford Cabernet(12%), Petit Verdot and Petite Syrah into this amazing, elegant blend. Aromatics of blackberry, boysenberry and black cherry reflect the Zinfandel element while the Cabernet and Syrah give the wine an earthiness and robustness that compliment the spiceness of the Zinfandel.
The wine is versatile. A party wine, pizza, picnic or BBQ work so well with it but it also pairs beautifully with meats, hard cheese and robust pasta sauce. Julie’s idea of blending the wine was “Por Que No!! WHY NOT? Only 1200 cases produced. We think this is a wine of great quality at a $29 retail price.

Sokol Blossor, Meditrina, Oregon
Bill Blosser and Susan Sokol Blosser started their vineyard in 1971 and now have established one of Oregon’s most well-known wineries. This is a family run operation that produces world-class wines reflecting the distinct quality of their hillside vineyards. In 2004, they discovered a little known Roman goddess, Meditrina. We all know Bacchus was the Roman god of wine and intoxication!! Who knew there was also a goddess of wine and health called Meditrina. The Romans must have had the good sense of connecting wine and health and naming a goddess to oversee it!!. With that in mind, Sokol Blossor decided to creating a heart healthy red wine in her honor. This blend ofPinot Noir, Syrah and Zinfandel is simply a luscious, juicy, easy-drinking mouthful of wine that is both bright and vibrant, yet round and soft. The Pinot gives the wine flowers, earthiness and elegance; The Syrah a rich, lush raspberry taste and the Zinfandel a classic spiciness. This is a great BBQ wine but also pairs well with a variety of meats and cheeses. A perfect summer red at $18.
